      Your New Role...

      The Analyst, Retail Strategy (Film) will provide operational support to the Film Retail Strategy team across the catalog and new release US & Canada businesses. This position will work cross functionally across the digital business and will focus on creating efficiency, process improvement and enabling sales.

      Your Role Accountabilities...

      • Support Director, Retail Strategy (Film) with implementation of everyday and promotional pricing. Includes execution of reprices, curation of promotional drafting, CRMi management of discount programs, and selling guides.
      • Monitor digital client store fronts (Apple, Amazon, Vudu, Google, MVPDs, etc) to ensure accurate availability and pricing.
      • Track competitive pricing and drafting programs across the landscape. Manage Sales Communications (weekly emails, Sharepoint management, Slack channel updates) for Film team.
      • Assist with deck creation for monthly meeting which recaps title performance, retail execution, competitive activity, and upcoming priorities to Senior Management and Sales
      • Manage ad hoc requests from Sales in collaboration with Customer Planning and Marketing.
      • Maintain master schedules and calendars (TPR calendars, New Release to Catalog reprice schedule, license windows, etc.) for Film team.
      • Research content rights and resolve account avail issues as needed.

      Qualifications & Experience...

      • 1 + year professional experience in retail/consumer marketing or sales analysis in the entertainment and/or consumer goods industry preferred; recent college graduates with relevant and meaningful internship experience will be considered
      • Experienced in developing/refining workflow processes and excels at managing multiple simultaneous projects.

      Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

      • Bachelor’s degree

      Knowledge/Skills

      • Must have proficient computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required. Familiarity with Tableau a plus.
      • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnel.
      • Must have strong attention to detail.
      • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints and multi-task.
      • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Ability to work cross-functionally.
      • Strong organizational skills required to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects.
      • Ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business process improvement.

      In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $52,926.00 - $98,290.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
